In this episode, we hear from Sarah Whittaker, who was selectively mute until her early teens. Experienced high levels of anxiety, phobias and OCD and used Hypnotherapy to help her overcome her anxiety and a phobia. Sarah is now a Clinical Hypnotherapist and uses her skills to help others who are where she once was.

Hi, my name is Sarah Whittaker and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist helping people with stress and anxiety related conditions. Selectively mute until my early teens, I experienced high levels of anxiety, phobias and OCD. I had a course of hypnotherapy to help me overcome anxiety and a phobia and following my recovery I trained to be a hypnotherapist so that I could use my experience to help others. I have recently co-authored a book on Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and I enjoy helping new therapists grow in confidence.”
