Refund Policy
Where a Distant Healing Service does not take place and cancellation notification is received 24hrs prior to an appointment time, a refund will be issued minus £10 which is held for administration and to secure your booking time.
Where a Distant Healing Service has taken place, no refund/rescheduling can be issued.

Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel/reschedule your appointment up to 24hrs prior your booked appointment time. Please notify me via the 'send a message' green button on the Wisdom of Wellbeing page or by e-mail to Lorraine@wisdomofwellbeing.co.uk.
Our right to cancel
It is extremely unlikely, but in the event that I need to do so I reserve the right to cancel any booking within 48hrs of the appointment time and reschedule to a mutually suitable time.
