Who is it for?
The sessions are a combination of gentle movement,
breathing, mindfulness, nutrition tips and tips on how I manage my health. The
session can be done seated or standing or a combination of both, there are
options for everyone.
There are a variety of different health conditions that
people attending currently have including (but not limited to) back pain,
fibromyalgia, diabetes, long covid, arthritis and knee replacements.

How are the Sessions Delivered:
The weekly pain management session that I run for Bradford
Pain Matters Support Group (BPMSG) has been opened up. It used to be just for
patients from a particular GP surgery, however, the funding criteria has now
changed. The sessions are on zoom so if you suffer from chronic pain or have a long-term
health condition and would like to join us you can regardless of where you are

What happens next
The classes take place on a Wednesday from 10:30-11:30am on
zoom. The next bit of exciting news is that they are subsidized so these
