All our yoga classes and retreats are grounded in the principles of Dru Yoga infused with RYC® techniques to improve core function. I love Dru because it is designed to work with the body, not against it; all postures and sequences can be modified to suit anyone, whatever their age or level of fitness.
Using classical yoga postures, sequences, breath, and relaxation techniques, Dru is an amazing tool to help keep mind, body and soul healthy and in balance. It is based on soft flowing movements, directed breath work and visualisation. Dru yoga classes are deeply relaxing and rejuvenating.

How are the Yoga classes Delivered:
Relax and unwind in the comfort of your own home. Find a quiet space where you can log on to your laptop, computer or phone, grab some cushions and blankets and join us for these zoom yoga sessions.
The sessions take place on a Tuesday from 7:45-8:30pm and include the recording of each class for 7days so if you can’t make it live or you want to do the class more often you can.
The sessions are bought in blocks of 6 weeks which includes the recording of the class.

What happens next
If you’d like to try a class before you commit to 6 week then you can buy a taster session here, or get in touch to buy a block. You will then be sent a link to complete a health form and given a zoom link for the live class. The recording will be emailed out to you within 24 hours of the class and available for 7 days.
