Who is it for?
If you want to keep your joints active and mobile then my monthly membership is for you. The sessions rotate through the joints of the body to keep you supple and active. A library of videos for you to practice in between sessions is included. If you have any niggles, sit at a desk all day, have back ache or shoulder/neck tension these sessions are for you.
Active Joints is a great progression from the Feel Better sessions; you need to be able to get on and off the floor for this package.
Active Joints is the perfect antidote to the stresses of modern life
All our yoga classes and retreats are grounded in the principles of Dru Yoga infused with RYC® techniques to improve core function. I love Dru because it is designed to work with the body, not against it; all postures and sequences can be modified to suit anyone, whatever their age or level of fitness.
Using classical yoga postures, sequences, breath, and relaxation techniques, Dru is an amazing tool to help keep mind, body and soul healthy and in balance. It is based on soft flowing movements, directed breath work and visualisation. Dru yoga classes are deeply relaxing and rejuvenating.

There is a library of recordings categorised by the joints in the body so if you have a particular niggle or can’t make it live or you want to do the class more often you can.

“I look forward to going to Jenny’s yoga class every week, it’s the only form of exercise I’ve stuck to for three years now because the benefits of her class don’t stop when you leave. You acquire skills to get to know your body and to look after it, and Jenny will personalise a class to people’s needs. I used to suffer with chronic migraines, and I’ve learned to use certain sequences that help me and I’m glad to report that my migraines are much less frequent. Also, this yoga keeps my joints mobile and for me having a laugh and
not being judged is also a big deal. Not only I’ve found her classes vital for my wellbeing, but I’ve made good friends here too.” Rebecca
