Who is it for?
The sessions are a combination of gentle movement,
breathing, mindfulness, nutrition tips and tips on how I manage my health. The
session can be done seated or standing or a combination of both, there are
options for everyone.
There are a variety of different health conditions that
people attending currently have including (but not limited to) back pain,
fibromyalgia, diabetes, long covid, arthritis and knee replacements.

How are the Sessions Delivered:
The weekly pain management session that I run for Bradford
Pain Matters Support Group (BPMSG) has been opened up. It used to be just for
patients from a particular GP surgery, however, the funding criteria has now
changed. There are 2 sessions on zoom and 2 face-to-face so if you suffer from chronic pain or have a long-term
health condition and would like to join us you can regardless of where you are
based.
The session can be done seated or standing or a combination
of both, there are options for everyone.

What happens next
The classes take place on:
Monday 7:30-8:30pm on zoom
Tuesday 10am-11am on zoom
Wednesday from 9:30-10:30am and 11am-12pm at Clayton Village Hall in Bradford.
These sessions currently have funding so run on a Pay as You Feel Model with an contributions used to continue to run the sessions after the funding finishes. You can attend for free or £4, £8 or £20 a month.
