Our mini-retreats are 1.5 hours of amazing Dru yoga,
relaxation and breathing techniques combined with restorative core work at home
that are sure to leave you feeling on top of the world.

Our Mini-Retreats are a fabulous way to enjoy some
well-deserved ‘me time’, slow the mind and balance the body. All without
leaving the comfort of your own home. They are suitable for all levels and
abilities, helping you to build strength and stamina through yoga posture and
sequence work. They are open to both men and women.

They are a great way to expand and compliment your regular
yoga class or practice. Or, as a one-off session for a treat.

How are the Mini Retreats Delivered:

Relax and unwind in the comfort of your own home. Find a
quiet space where you can log on to your laptop, computer or phone, grab some
cushions and blankets and join us for these zoom sessions.

What happens next

The mini retreats take place every other Thursday from
10:30am-12:15pm. Get in touch if you’d like to book on.


About Jenny Oakenfull

I’m a movement teacher specialising in helping people to manage their pain and stress through gentle movements. I use my experiences of living with a long-term health condition along with my qualifications as a yoga teacher specialising in back care and a Restore Your Core Teacher™.

Refund Policy

Payment is taken at the time of booking to secure your place on classes, workshops, retreats and one to one sessions. Participation is dependent on all participants completing a health form prior to the start of the first class or session. Parents/guardians must complete and sign the health form for all participants under the age of 18 years old prior to their first session. It is the participant’s or parent/guardian’s responsibility to update Active-Eat of any changes in health prior to starting a session.

Drop-in students are always welcome if there is space available in the class. To attend as a drop-in participant please contact the person running the class to check availability. Places will be filled on a first come first served basis. Early arrival is required to ensure time to complete a health form.

Discounted block booking is offered and must be paid for at the time of booking.

Cancellations with more than 2 working days notice (Monday-Friday) prior to commencement of the first session will be refunded

If you cancel with less than 2 working days notice or the yoga block or nutrition sessions have already started, we cannot refund your payment
