Born with Spina Bifida, a 20 year career in education and training policy and lived experiences in common with those I support around discrimination, employers lack of understanding and a practical and resourceful person. I understand what it's like and champion bridging the gap between health and work.

Whatever barriers exist around health and disability, simple solutions can be found. With my solution focused approach, skill set and professional background I can support your business, managers and staff around inclusion matters. Inclusion best practice benefits everyone.

My personal experience and example has empowered employees, and our services can help employers assess how health and disability confident they already are, then helps them fill the gaps with ongoing advice. We may have to think a little more creatively, but there is always a way. In championing bridging the gap between health and work, empowering employees, helping line managers and business is key.
