If you have purchased a digital product such as a course or workshop then it is non refundable as you will automatically have received the goods. If you feel you have good reason for a refund you can ask for one at sophie@theattenrtiveartist.com but it is not guaranteed and will depend on the circumstances. If you have purchased a service such as coaching or SF therapy then you may cancel up to 48 hours beforehand and receive a full refund. After 48 hours no refund will be given as there will not be sufficient time for me to rebook the time you had allocated. If you have purchased a physical product such as a Zen Creativity Kit, refunds will only be accepted if the item is faulty. All the items are packaged carefully and should arrive in good condition. In the event that the product has not arrived in decent condition, a refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item once it has been checked. If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase and the item is in good condition then you may have a full refund on receipt of return but you will be responsible for the return postage.
