At Abundance Foods I help you manage your sweet tooth with my range of indulgent hand made Truffles, Treats & Desserts. Made from plant-based ingredients, they’re free from dairy, gluten, wheat, soy(a), refined sugar, eggs, chemical additives and preservatives.
When we eat with conscious thought as to what our food is doing within our body beyond the momentary taste sensation in the mouth, our food will nourish us and leave us feeling satisfied and joyful, not guilty or crappy.
I started Abundance Foods after struggling for years with my sweet tooth! Almost every day you're told that sweet stuff if naughty, bad for you and all manner of things, and I went along with that too.
After starting my healthier eating journey, the one thing that would trip me up would be my sweet tooth. You know when you've had a rubbish day and you just want to eat lard or chocolate, and lots of it! I felt like I was sabotaging my own health goals, and that didn't feel like good energy.
So I started experimenting in my kitchen, creating sweet treats to satisfy my cravings, but with "Better For You" ingredients. Family and friends loved them, and started to be motivated to make them better. Lots of experimenting, disappointments and taste testing later, Abundance Foods was born.
Although there's probably nothing intrinsically wrong with certain popular ingredients, many people are missing out on their sweet treats because these things are playing havoc with them physically and sometimes psychologically. So, all my range of sweet treats are free from dairy, gluten, wheat, soy(a), refined sugar, eggs, palm oil and any artificial chemicals or additives. You would think with all that missing, they'd taste a bit bland - but au contraire! I insist that they're indulgent - because vegan, vegetarians and allergy sufferers deserve more choice than just fruit salad!
I hope you get to indulge one day!

I believe there is an abundance of resources for all humans on this planet, that there’s more than enough for everybody. I also think that what you eat doesn’t just affect you physically, but psychologically and spiritually as well, so it’s so important to pay attention to what you put in your body. I want everyone to have access to affordable healthy, organic, tasty foods.
I also want my business to be as sustainable as I can, so all my packaging is made from recycled materials. I try to avoid plastic unless it can be re-used recycled or can biodegrade. When I send orders out to people, I include a pamphlet where I ask them to recycle all the packaging that the order comes with, and I make suggestions on how to reuse them.
