We’ve been touched by how many of you on the site have naturally been sharing the All-In-One Wellbeing Platform already and giving us such wonderful feedback. As a ‘Thank you’ we’ve created this program to give back to you.

Our goal is to help more wellbeing businesses come together and work collectively to help the people who need them most. One of the best ways for us to achieve this is through referral. We want to reach like-minded people who can truly benefit from what our wellbeing platform has to offer.

How Wellbeing Umbrella’s Refer A Friend Program Offer Works

1. Invite your Wellbeing Business friends or family to apply to sell with us on our All-In-One Wellbeing Platform 👉 https://wellbeingumbrella.co.uk/sell-with-us/

2. Ask your Wellbeing Business friends or family to share your NAME and STORE on their ‘Membership Enquiry Form’ under the section ‘How did you hear about us’.

3. You will receive £10.00 for each friend or family member who join us and contribute in excess of £60 on any of our annual Business Basics or Business Enhanced store seller membership contribution packages. We’ll contact you to let you know they have joined, and payment will be made to you within 90 days.

Please note any Monthly or Business Taster membership contribution packages are excluded from the ‘Refer a Friend’ program.

Wellbeing Umbrella’s Refer a Friend Program Terms

At Wellbeing Umbrella, we greatly value personal referrals by members registered on our Wellbeing Umbrella platform. To recognise and reward successful referrals, Wellbeing Umbrella provides a ‘Refer a Friend Program’ for referrals that lead to a successful purchase of one of our annual membership contribution packages as follows:

£10.00 for each friend or family member who join us and contribute in excess of £60 on any of our annual Business Basics or Business Enhanced membership contribution packages (we’ll contact you to let you know they have joined, and payment will be made to you within 90 days)

The following terms and conditions apply and are accepted by anyone participating in the ‘Refer a Friend’ program, referring potential U.K Wellbeing Business Store Sellers to the Wellbeing Umbrella platform.

Wellbeing Umbrella Ltd (“we” or “our”) offers the referrers (“you”, “your”) the opportunity to refer friends or family to the Wellbeing Umbrella platform.

The Wellbeing Umbrella ‘Refer a Friend’ Program is open and available to individuals who are registered store sellers with an active contribution membership on the Wellbeing Umbrella platform (“the referrer”).

The referrer is eligible to receive a £10.00 gift payment if they refer a person who successfully joins us and purchases an annual Business Basics or Business Enhanced membership contribution package in excess of £60 on the Wellbeing Umbrella platform.

Once the person referred has subscribed as a new store seller, we will contact you to let you know they have joined and arrange payment. Payment will be made to you within 90 days.

There are no limits to the number of referrals that can be made.

In order to share this ‘Refer a Friend’ program, the referrer must be over the age of 18.

For the avoidance of doubt, no referral gift payment will be payable if a referred person does not;
- purchase one of Wellbeing Umbrella’s annual Business Basics or Business enhanced membership contribution packages
- contribute in excess of £60 for their membership contribution package
- share your NAME and STORE on their ‘Membership Enquiry Form’ under the section ‘How did you hear about us’.

The referrer will not be eligible to receive the referral gift payment under this program if in the event the referred person already has a store on the Wellbeing Umbrella platform or previously had a store on the Wellbeing Umbrella platform.

Wellbeing Umbrella Ltd reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw the “Refer a Friend” program at any time and without notice.

Wellbeing Umbrella Ltd shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from entering the “Refer a Friend” program.

The ‘Refer a Friend’ Program is open until 31st December 2022.

The referral gift payment is paid as a gross payment and will be paid by bank transfer to the referrer. The recipient (“you”) accepts any tax liability and agrees to pay any tax arising from receiving the referral gift payment.
