2nd – Maureen Wycherley – Self Esteem – Tools and Treatments to Raise Your Self-Esteem and Uncover the Valuable Being You Are

An introduction to Access Bars and Access Energetic Facelift treatments. What are they and how can they change your self-esteem. We’ll also explore a number of energetic tools you can use for yourself to begin the process of changing how you see yourself, find out what’s true for you and how you can create a happier more confident you if that’s what you really desire.

3rd – Archana Patel – Alcohol-Reduction: The Surprisingly Simple Secret to Boosting Your Self-Esteem

Alcohol-reduction can often be the elephant in the room when it comes to talking about our wellbeing, but it can negatively impact so many aspects of our health. Not least, our self-esteem.

Of course, alcohol can often make you feel confident, carefree and relaxed in the moment, the depressant nature of it dulling any negative self-talk you may have. But the danger is, you may start to rely on alcohol to feel comfortable about yourself, even if you don’t realise it.

4th – Sophie Walker – Creative Mindfulness: How to Use Creativity to Improve Your Self-Esteem and Improve Your Outlook

Attentive Art is a powerful way of unlocking negative thought patterns and rearranging them in a positive way.

Self-esteem is based on personal values which are generally ruled by the subconscious mind. The creative exercises used in Attentive Art can access these beliefs and bring them into the light where they can be altered.

In this talk Sophie will explain how self-esteem can become unravelled and share some creative ways to build it back up again. You can bring some pens/pencils and paper if you wish.

5th – Christine Maragkakis – 10 Steps to A Confident and Empowered You

Show up in the world as the confident person you long to be with these easy to apply steps to banishing negative self-talk and limiting beliefs.

In this session, you will learn how to become mindfully aware of your thoughts so that you can challenge and change the way you think about yourself. You will also discover:

  • The power of affirmations
  • The importance of goal setting
  • How journaling can help you to manage your mindset and grow in confidence
  • How small, consistent tweaks to the way you live your life can bring the biggest rewards
