This is a Relaxation Video, using self-massage, guided by me, to help you achieve the Relaxation Response.
The relaxation response is a physical state of deep rest that changes physical and emotional responses to stress and is the opposite of Fight or Flight response.
Finding time to switch off and relax can be difficult, but having a video you can watch and re-watch to fit in with your own routine, can make things easier for you.

Stress and Tension can have adverse affects your body and mind. If you keep pushing through your busy schedules, without taking a break, you will not be functioning in the best possible way.
