Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 -2 business days and will be sent first class within the United Kingdom and International Standard Shipping in all other countries.

Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund the product must be returned within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After your item is received, it will be inspected and your refund will be processed. The money will be refunded to the original payment method.

Return and Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in it's original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging. A full refund will be issued on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, the item can be exchanged.
