I’m a Menopause Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach helping women everyday to understand their ‘middle matters’. – Midlife social pressures are real! AND on top of the physical changes that happen with menopause PLUS natural ageing processes – what I call the the ‘triple whammy’! 

I specialise in the link between busy life, diet and weight gain – particularly around the middle with an approach that starts with self-kindness and focusing on the right things to work with physical changes instead of against. What I call ‘releasing the metabolic handbrake’!

No matter where you are in the menopause transition I can help you to understand where you are today and together we’ll sketch out a plan to help you move forward towards how you want to feel with simple nutrition and lifestyle steps.
