Here at Wellbeing Umbrella, we believe everyone is unique and what might suit one person doesn’t suit all when it comes to wellbeing solutions or treatments!

That’s why we run regular Wellness Events like these to help offer you insight into the variety of treatments, practices, techniques and solutions (both conventional and non-conventional) available, helping you to get your wellbeing back on track and make positive change in your life where desired.

Our no one-size-fits all wellbeing event features 6 down to earth, independent wellbeing professionals sharing their expertise and practice on the topic of self-care to help prevent the symptoms of burnout including stress and fatigue.

The bonus is, these qualified wellness folk understand where you are along your stress and self-care journey, and where you’d like to be, as they were once there too and now have the skills, expertise and credentials to help you get there also.

3rd – Amie Crews – The Art of Kindness, Leading Oneself with Compassion

Leadership is a huge topic, and one that has so many lenses to it. In fact, that’s what makes it both incredibly simple yet hugely complex all at the same time. One often thinks of leadership in terms of work or business, but being a leader in your own life can be lonely too.

In this session, you’ll hear about some of the biggest challenges that you might experience when you’re working or stepping into becoming the leader of you and your life. I’ll be sharing how you can increase your personal effectiveness by being kinder and more compassionate with yourself and others, whilst still making the important changes and decisions that mean you can live your best life.

4th – Janine Rose Keall – How Using The Power of Colour Can Help Reduce Stress and Anxiety, and Prevent Burnout

The vibrations of colour affect us both on a psyche and cellular level, enabling healing and harmony to take place mentally, emotionally and physically.

In this session you will discover the attributes of colours and what colours are best to use to minimise or eliminate stress and anxiety that leads to burnout. You will learn a few simple ways to use colours on a daily basis that assist you to induce calm, build confidence, re-energise, uplift your mood and create more happiness in your life.

5th – Diana Tyson – Simple Talking and Holistic Therapy Techniques To Regain Positive Energy and Motivation

Are you ready to release negativity? Move forward freely into a positive and vibrant new you?

Using her wealth or knowledge and intuition, Diana will guide you through a variety of talking and holistic therapy techniques that will help

6th – Dawn M Murray – Self Care Rituals With Essential Oils To Nourish Your Mind, Body & Soul

Self care is not selfish, it is about self respect, allowing you to support your own mental, emotional and physical needs. In fact engaging in daily self-care has been clinically proven to reduce stress and anxiety, improve your immune system, increase focus, productivity and self-esteem, plus create better relationships.

During this session, Dawn will be sharing with you some of her favourite morning and evening self care rituals using the power of essential oils. These rituals will help to nourish your mind, body and soul and allow you to create your own morning and evening rituals with ease.
