This is a simple finger-prick blood test which tests your reactions to 134 different food
and drink items. See photo for specific information about what is tested for. A test will be sent out in the post to you, which you complete and send off to the lab (postage paid). Just a few drops of blood are required and all equipment you need is supplied.
The investment to you is only £167. This includes a simple test and a 30-minute session with me on zoom to help you understand the significance of your test results. Once you know which foods you are reacting to, you will be able to make a plan about how to exclude them for a period of time.
Depending on your results and symptoms, you may wish to purchase a further support package. This may include assistance to implement a new eating plan and consider the best ways to support your journey to food freedom. With the right support, it is very possible that you will be able to heal your body and re-introduce the ‘problem’ foods over time. So identifying the foods you react to doesn’t necessarily mean that you can never eat them again!
