If you are dragging yourself through your day and missing out on the things you love then now is the time to TAKE ACTION. If you are struggling with symptoms such as poor energy, mood or sleep or feeling like your hormones and/or digestion are all over the place, then I can help. If you feel like no matter what you do, you are unable to lose weight, or your brain won’t function properly, then it’s truly time we had a talk.

You certainly don’t want or need to add to your existing overwhelm but deep down you know that SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE!

Life is precious and if you are feeling like your symptoms are getting in the way of you making the most of yours, then now is the time to break free of being stuck and reclaim your freedom.

During your Cultivate Wellness Coaching 1-2-1 session, I will help you to (gently) explore what is going on underneath. I will support you to identify some initial , practical (baby) steps that you can begin to implement now. I will guide you to prioritise those areas that will have the most impact. And I will suggest other areas to explore to start to unpick what is going on.

This session alone will not ‘solve’ your health problems but most importantly, it will help put you on the right track to make a start. And after that, well, anything is possible.

Please note – this session includes:

  • Completion of a short health questionnaire in advance of your session
  • 30-minute coaching session with Michelle, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach via zoom or telephone call
  • A short write-up of areas discussed, recommendations and further information to explore

      Such a great insightful starter session with Michelle. She was really able to focus on what some of my issues were and gave me some great starting points.
