Here’s what we’ll cover over the 10 weeks:
We’ll dig into that little voice inside your head—you know the one—that tells you, “You’re not good enough,” or “You can’t do that” or “You shouldn’t say no” or “It’s dangerous to say/do that” etc.. You’ll learn how to recognise it, challenge it, and transform it into a supportive voice.
We’ll explore your deservability—because if you don’t believe you deserve good things, it’s tough to let them in.
We’ll reconnect with your inner child and work on healing old emotional wounds that might still be shaping your choices today.
We’ll practice forgiveness—not just for others, but for yourself—because carrying resentment is like dragging a suitcase full of bricks everywhere you go.
Through powerful tools like visualisations, mirror work, affirmations, and reflective exercises, you’ll start to uncover your authentic self.
You’ll also connect with an incredible group of like-minded people who are on the same journey.
Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive space to share, grow, and inspire each other.
But I’ll be real with you—it’s not all rainbows and butterflies. Transformation can be challenging. You might face emotions or truths you’ve been avoiding for years.
But here’s the thing: what lies on the other side is freedom. The freedom to be yourself, unapologetically.
To set boundaries even if it feels uncomfortable at first/second or even the third time 🙂
To create a life that makes you happy.

About me in a nutshell:
When I saw how much Louise Hay’s work improved my life, I felt inspired to become a Heal Your Life workshop leader and coach. I’ve also found mindfulness to be life-changing, so I became a mindfulness teacher to help others experience its benefits too. I’ve drawn inspiration not only from Louise’s story but also from Anita Moorjani’s journey.
For me, the motivation has always been about achieving freedom and peace within—being able to embrace who I truly am without guilt or the belief that something is wrong with me. That’s what set me on this path to becoming a teacher and coach.
Little did I know how many obstacles I’d face, how many mistakes I’d make, or how much resistance I’d encounter. But I knew one thing: I had to keep going.
Looking back now, I realise it was the right path. When someone comes up to you, and thanks you for seeing their goodness—even when they couldn’t see it themselves—and shares how their self-love journey has changed their lives, it touches you deeply.
When people become kinder to themselves, their lives improve in ways they couldn’t imagine. And as a result, the lives of those around them improve, too. My vision is for a harmonious, kind, and compassionate world, and I truly believe self-love is a very important element to achieving that. That’s why I do what I do.
