I began my business back in March 2018 as I had left the teaching profession due to it effecting my mental health. My mental health had been effected, after vising my GP and diagnosed with Health Anxiety, I decided I wanted to find alternative therapies that would support me with my health instead. I have seen personally the amazing benefits of reflexology, reiki & hypnotherapy since 2010 and this is why I am bringing these therapies to you!
