The Active Wellbeing Academy is not like any other fitness programme you’ve ever been on or heard about before.

It can be difficult to begin and sustain a fitness routine. You really want to feel more healthy but the path to get there is sometimes just too damn hard. I understand this, I’ve been there too.

In my experience I have found that mindset is the most important part of starting and maintaining an active lifestyle. In fact the ability to maintain a healthy active lifestyle is 90% mental and just 10% physical.

That’s why my approach is holistic. I don’t only focus on physical activity but also other stresses in your life. I coach you to alleviate the pressures on your mind, so you’ve got more headspace to get started with exercise. 

I’ll help you break out of the vicious cycle of low energy and declining health, and help you  find the energy and motivation you need to create an active lifestyle. 

The Active Wellbeing Academy will guide and support you through the lifestyle changes you want to make.

In this programme you’ll learn how to:

  • Set your own goals. Ones that motivate you to feel excited about the possibilities
  • Create more fun in your active routine so you’ll be motivated to do it
  • Recognise your strengths and abilities so you feel more confident
  • Motivate yourself at times when you’re not feeling your best
  • Deal with setbacks so you can quickly recover when you’re knocked off track
  • Strengthen your inner belief system so you’ll feel confident to take on challenges

  • Find space in your life for being active so you don’t feel stressed about ‘fitting it in’
  • Create sustainable fitness routines with ease

My coaching style is both compassionate and empowering, which enables women struggling with exercise motivation to feel more motivated and confident in their abilities.     Shipping Policy

    All physical items purchased are for shipping within the UK only. Please contact me directly if you wish to arrange overseas shipping. Items will be shipped within 2-5 working days by standard Royal Mail postage. If for any reason the shipping time cannot be met (e.g. holiday, sickness) I will contact you with a new estimated shipping time, and you retain the right to cancel your order.

    Refund Policy

    Refunds for physical products are provided only if there is evidence of physical damage to the product. A replacement will be offered, and a refund can be provided if preferred. If the 2nd delivery fails for any reason then a refund will be given.

    For online coaching services refunds vary dependant on product type.

    The Active Wellbeing Academy comes with a 30 day money back guarantee provided 4 weeks of coaching sessions are attended.

    For 1:1 coaching, any concerns about the coaching should be raised within 48 hours of the first session. A refund can be provided if you feel you did not receive the service paid for. Note this applies to the first session only. Continuation of coaching sessions will be taken as confirmation that the service is suitable for your needs and no re-fund is available beyond that point.

    In cases where pre-paid services have to be cancelled through ill health, please provide as much notice as possible. Partial re-funds may be possible where resources have not yet been put in place, subject to the amount of notice given.

    Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

    Online coaching can be cancelled or re-scheduled up to 72 hours before the session takes place.

    Cancellations on a shorter timescale may be accepted in exceptional circumstances such as a family emergency - please discuss the situation with me.

    Damaged products can be replaced or refunded. See Refund policy for more details.
