Our Eye masks  are suitable for the whole family aged  8 and above 

How do they work?Our Eye masks  can help you relax and sleep better by blocking out  all light and are suitable for overnight , daytime naps , shift workers and when travelling through time zones . Blocking out light is important to help with our periods of most restorative sleep. Ideal if you have a partner who reads late at night etc! 

What’s inside my Eye mask?
They have a  sponge clean outer and a soft squashy inner with no external seams to leave marks on your face . They contain organic  dried flowers ,  pure essential oils and a little organic plant base to help retain the scent for longer .

How do I care for and use  my Eye mask ?
To refresh  they can be scrunched to release more oil and when needed a few drops of oil on the patterned side will have them smelling divine again! Keep them in the packaging they come in for prolonged scent in between use 

All our Eye masks  can be used a room temperature , warmed  on a radiator , in a hot towel etc   or chilled and frozen to suit . They are not suitable for warming in the microwave . Full instructions are included
