Reflexology is a popular and relaxing Holistic therapy. The word Holistic means “treating the whole body”, not just treating one specific symptom or condition. The therapy is based on the principle that reflex points on your feet are connected to corresponding areas throughout your body. In this way the feet or hands if preferred can be seen as a “map” of your body and this wonderful treatment gives a sense that your whole body is in better balance and harmony.

By working over these areas, reflexology is gently stimulating the wide variety of organs and systems in the body, so encouraging the body’s natural healing ,revitalising, rejuvenating, relaxing and rebalancing.

This reflexology  therapy is a 45 minutes treatment includes preparing, cleansing, and gentle greeting the feet. The reflex points on the feet are then stimulated and balanced including the ankles and lower legs. The therapy then ends with a gentle, relaxing massage. Please allow a full hour for the session as a consultation form will required to be filled in prior treatment.

Cancellations must be 48 hours in advance for a full refund, 24 hours 50% refund. Cancellation on the day of the therapy will not be entitled to a refund.
