Solution Focused Brief Therapy spends very little time unpicking your past, and instead focuses on what the best version of you looks like. The version of you, you want to be. The version of you who doesn’t forget what has happened in your past, but can manage just fine with the fact everything that has happened, has indeed happened. Many clients describe a happier, more confident version of themselves that is able to be more present in the moment, without fear and anxiety holding them back.
