    Shipping Policy

    Shipment processing time

    All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note we do not dispatch orders over the weekends or on public bank holidays. All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched to you on Monday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you to advise you of this.

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number (if applicable). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if applicable on your order) you can use this to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    Refund Policy

    Refund Policy

    In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

    After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

    If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

    Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

    Cancellation

    Appointments can be cancelled, although a 50% cancellation charge is applicable on less than 48 hours notice.

    Returns and Exchange

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

    Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

    Please note:

    Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

    The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

    The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

    Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
